Justin Miller, EchoDitto’s lead systems administrator, has worked as a systems administrator and web developer for several web hosting and development firms, including Voxel Dot Net, HostRocket, Simple Online Solutions, and the original Linux.com portal. The focus of his work has been with open-source technologies; advocating their use, contributing to their development, and helping emerging businesses take advantage of their benefits. Justin has also contributed to the end-user experience by creating and assisting with several programming and documentation projects in the areas of anti-spam technology, email encryption, and technical support. Ticketsmith, his popular trouble ticket software, is in use by hundreds of organizations worldwide including the BYU Computer Science Department and the Suffolk County (New York) Public Library system.
